If your Avunos arrives defective or stops working as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo or video of the issue — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no return required. For any other reason, reach out within 30 days and we'll review it case-by-case — resolutions may include store credit or a partial refund.
